Kitchen Ventilation– Halton
Company
All Halton kitchen ventilation products feature:
Patented Grease Extraction Method
Extraction of contaminants from the exhaust air is provided
by the KSA Multi-Cyclone™ grease extractors. These UL
classified, stainless steel multi-cyclone extractors reduce
the grease accumulation in ducts and increase fire safety.
Efficient grease extraction is achieved by forcing the exhaust
air to spiral continuously in the same direction in the multiple
chambers of the extractor, thus separating the grease particles
from the air flow centrifugally.
Fire Damper with Patented Re-Fuse™
The fire damper in the Capture-Jet™ supply collar is
equipped with the Re-fuse™, a permanent and resettable
fuse. The Re-fuse™ is UL Listed.
CAPTURE-JET™ Concept
The models have a highly efficient exhaust hood for removing
impurities and excess convective heat from a commercial kitchen.
The operation of the models is based on the unique Capture-Jet™ concept,
which produces a strong suction at the front and sides of the
hood. It also provides a sufficient capture velocity throughout
the face area.

KVC Model
The Halton Model KVC is a wall or island hood suitable for
installation above a commercial cook line to extract effluent
and contaminants generated during the cooking process. The
KVC operates at air flows generated by the H.E.L.P.™ computer
program, which utilizes the input powers of specific equipment,
giving each cook line it's own unique exhaust flow, based upon
the heat it generates. The KVC has a perforated panel on the
front of the hood to allow introduction of supply air into
the space. Supply air rate maximum 150 cfm per linear foot
of hood length.
KVE Model
The Halton Model KVE is a wall or island Hood suitable for
installation above a commercial cook line to extract effluent
and contaminants generated during the cooking process. The
KVE operates at air flows generated by the H.E.L.P.™ computer
program, which utilizes the input powers of specific equipment,
giving each cook line it's own unique exhaust flow, based upon
the heat it generates.
KVL Model
The Halton Model KVL is a back shelf hood suitable for installation
above a commercial cook line to extract effluent and contaminants
generated during the cooking process.
