OWNER/INDUSTRIAL SALES

This group concentrates its efforts on building owners.

We work with owners to better understand their needs. In the case of institutional clients and commercial property developers, we are sensitive to the comfort requirements of occupants. In industrial plants, we work with plant engineers and maintenance staff to identify areas of potential operational cost savings and develop strategies to reduce energy consumption.

We implement heat recovery systems, ice storage systems (for reduced electric charges), and assist in shifting energy requirements from electricity to natural gas or other fuels. We understand the CFC issue and can articulate it to our customers. We have the answers for concerned building owners contemplating major retrofitting to accommodate the future shortages of CFCs, always keeping in mind the impact any proposed solution has on the environment.

ENGINEERING SALES

This group focuses on the consulting engineering community.

We provide assistance during the design stages of a project. After the award of a contract, we coordinate communications and solve any specific problems that arise. We also provide the technical knowledge
and applications expertise the consulting engineer seeks.

CONTRACTING SALES

This group services mechanical and sheet metal contractors.

Staffed with professional engineers experienced in servicing the contracting community,
we understand contractors' concerns and are ready to address their needs.
We are committed to providing consistent and competitive pricing on equipment in a timely
fashion.

The experience of this team ensures professional management through each phase
of a project including order entry, delivery coordination, and site and warranty issues.
Furthermore, we understand the commercial realities of today's marketplace and provide
innovative solutions to resolve budgetary restraints.

CONTROLS SALES

This group provides and installs automated temperature control systems.

We generally act as a subcontractor to the mechanical contractor on a project.
HTS Controls is a Johnson Controls ABCS contractor.

We also provide 7x24 service for all projects. Service contractors are available to ensure trouble-free building operation. We perform our own engineering and programming. Our service technicians are fully trained to commission all systems at the job site.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

On call 24 hours a day.

HTS provides emergency service to minimize downtime in critical areas and restore equipment in the shortest possible time.
Our factory-trained, certified technicians will maintain our products or assist your own maintenance/plant engineering staff in equipment troubleshooting. We also provide startup services as well as warranty administration.

PARTS DEPARTMENT

HTS' parts counter maintains a complete on-site inventory of commonly used replacement
parts and accessories for products marketed by us such as fan coil units, heat pumps, incremental units, and split systems.
When the required parts are not immediately available we source and expedite delivery to avoid any
inconvenience to our customers.
