HTS works closely with engineers on the front end by analyzing drawings to ensure our recommended equipment will meet project expectations, and in many cases deliver better long-term value than thought possible. As engineers, we evaluate how a product's sequence of operations will best satisfy the goals of the building owner or tenant. And, as every project is unique, we serve as expert consultants to engineers throughout the process to save engineers time and money – supporting their need for a successful and profitable consulting assignment. HTS and its manufacturer partners also provide thorough professional specification reviews and full shop drawings with construction details. Project managers routinely offer clean sheet turnarounds to participating manufacturers, in which detailed, custom-tailored drawings are created for product fabrication. We also provide acoustical analysis built on decades of proven performance. Along with our major manufacturers, we collaborate with Energistics, the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Haakon, McQuay, and a bevy of acoustical consultants and other sound labs to ensure that mechanical rooms operate with minimal sound near adjacent office space. In addition to this service on the front end, engineers can expect one-stop shopping for all components of air handling units and other equipment, including cabinets and casings, coils, fans, filters and attenuators.
