Stephen Madaffari handles business development and vertical markets for HTS New York.
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Madaffari graduated from the Trane Company Sales & Engineering Program in 1999. He helped develop and build a successful sales business and turnkey construction business within Trane. He also was a partner in a real estate development company that sourced, procured and sold development packages to major construction development companies.
Madaffari also develops strategic vertical marketing strategies for HTS on a national level. He arranged private equity and aquired financing for and assisted in development and sales of about $25 million in private housing.
