Managing director at HTS, Al Walcroft is a Professional Engineer and has decades of experience.

Walcroft joined HTS in 1992. He has been a contracting salesman throughout his career with the company and is responsible for managing the contracting sales department. He became a shareholder and was named managing principal in 2000.

Walcroft serves as mentor for junior sales engineers and other support departments and serves in leadership as well as supporting roles for various corporate initiatives.

Before joining HTS, Walcroft was involved in sales for Canadian Blower, the Canadian division of Buffalo Forge Co. Previously, he was a small business owner and operator.

Walcroft is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.

He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in mechanical engineering.
