Wayne Freethy – Director - Engineering Sales

Freethy is responsible at HTS for supporting mechanical consulting engineers and he specializes in customizing systems to satisfy customer needs. He also manages the company's engineer recruitment program.

Derek Gordon – President and CEO, HTS Canada

Derek Gordon, president and CEO of HTS Canada, also serves as the director of U.S. Operations for the company. In this role, he sets corporate direction and goals for all divisions and interests of HTS Engineering, Ltd. He also manages and develops the HTS group of companies including distribution, parts, service, controls and manufacturing entities.

David Kviring – CFO

Kviring joined HTS in 1998 when he was hired as controller. He was promoted to chief financial officer in 2008, which is when he also became a shareholder of the company.

Kviring served as accounting manager for four years for the largest district heating/cooling supplier in Canada, Toronto District Heating Corporation, now known as Enwave Corp.

Kevin Little - Director - Owner/Industrial Sales Group

Little is a LEED Accredited Professional. He also is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers, Canada Green Building Council and Professional Engineers Ontario.

Paul Pilutti – Director of Canadian Operations

A certified professional engineer, Paul Pilutti has extensive HVAC experience. He serves as Director of Canadian Operations for HTS Toronto.

Andy Selin – Director - Contracting Sales

A certified professional engineer, Andy Selin, founding partner and director of contracting sales for HTS Ontario, has more than 20 years of HVAC sales expertise.

Al Walcroft – Director - Contracting Sales

Walcroft joined HTS in 1992. He has been a contracting salesman throughout his career with the company and is responsible for managing the contracting sales department. He became a shareholder and was named managing partner in 2000.

David Warner – Principal & Vice President

David Warner is principal and vice president of HTS Chicago and manager of the Chicago office with decades of successful experience in the HVAC industry.

Peter Foss – Principal

During his tenure at HTS, Foss served as project engineer and MEP project manager for a major New England hospital project. The project included the design of a 5,000-ton chiller plant, a 300,000-square-foot surgical building and a 200,000-square-foot office building.

Jeff Ritchie – Principal

Ritchie has overseen the expansion of HTS Boston's office in recent years and has extensive experience in all phases of custom and cataloged systems, selling products built by both local and national manufacturers.

Eric Derasse - Principal

Eric Derasse, principal, is a partner and Technical/Systems leader for HTS New York.

Jason Eitel - Principal

Jason Eitel, principal, handles high-level sales development for HTS New York with a focus on the commercial hospitality markets and contracting sales.

Stephen Madaffari - Principal

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Madaffari graduated from the Trane Company Sales & Engineering Program in 1999.

Mike Donovan - Principal

Mike Donovan, a 2009 and 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, is the principal of HTS Texas. In this role, he has incorporated market-changing, innovative concepts and customer service, enabling the company to grow 6,200 percent to gross over $60M in distributed sales in 2010.

Grant Yaney - Principal

Grant Yaney, principal of HTS Texas, focuses on the north Texas market. The north Texas offices of HTS opened on November 1, 2010 and Grant is excited about the opportunity to share the same high efficiency, sustainable business system advantages that have resulted in the exponential growth of HTS in the south and central Texas markets for over a decade.
